Закон о дискриминации при найме на работу: федеральный закон (1967 г.), который запрещает дискриминацию по возрасту при приеме на работу компаниями с более чем 20 занятыми, профсоюзами с более чем 25 членами, а также службами занятости (США); в 1978 г. была принята поправка для защиты работников в возрасте до 70 лет, а в 1986 г. - для защиты права обязательного ухода на пенсию.Англо-русский экономический словарь > Age Discrimination in Employment Act
